Thanks to the availability of a very wide and diversified range of dishes, the RistoSano® solution allows the creation of various and interesting menus, which represent for the guests a strong incentive to consume food.
Of course the potential of the service has to be fully exploited, both by accurately analyzing the various possibilities of food combination that can be obtained within the same day, and by valuing the potentialities of the service, starting from the initial design of the project and the menus.
In general terms, RistoSano® aims at overcoming the limitations currently associated with the distribution of blended food.
On the one hand, the solution of blended food and single-portion pre-packaged flans allows only a very limited range of recipes. This can create a sheer monotony in the food proposal, with the risk of a correlated decrease in food consumption.
On the other hand, the traditional blended cuisine, despite allowing a very wide range of menu recipes, makes this kind of variety very hard to achieve, due to the difficulties and the cooking times associated with blended food diets.
For this reason the possibility of choosing within the same meal is extremely limited.
RistoSano® represents the ultimate solution to these problems and, at the same time, it presents all the advantages which characterise the two options described above – the traditional and pre-packaged methods – as it combines the variety of the available recipes with both their flexible utilization and constant availability.
