Cereal creams
Cereal creams are characterised by the use of precooked cereal starches, calibrated according to the correct particle size in order to obtain – when boiling water is added – a homogenous consistency, diversified depending on the product. The pre-cooking and preparation methods guarantee the absence of lumps, double phases and an optimum digestibility.
