Vegetable purees from the line io sano® are produced using the correct amount of dried and powdered precooked vegetables according to the correct mix of particle sizes, which gives the finished product a steady viscosity and smoothness whilst maintaining its natural qualities.
The pleasant smell and flavour characteristic of our mashed potatoes are not the result of artificial flavourings or flavour enhancers, but of the correct calibration of natural ingredients.
