Test and training
The implementation of the service is preceded by a training session addressed to all people involved in the process who, directly or indirectly, interact or may interact with the feeding of patients: chef, catering manager, kitchen staff, support staff, nutritionists, speech therapists.
The training is aimed at both preventing any problems resulting from inadequate and non-accurate management of the common project and clarify doubts about the quality and nutritional and rheological safety of the service.
The training is followed in quick succession by the test of product and equipment. The test lasts for the needed period and is carried out on the basis of a previously agreed upon schedule.
The ultimate goal of this and the previous phase is to implement the actual service only after a careful, clear and conscious sharing of objectives and implementation arrangements.
