The equipment installed in kitchens for distribution in dishes or in Gastronom is provided on charge-free loan for use by General Beverage, servicing included, against the provision of instant homogenised food mixes belonging to the line io sano®. The food mixes are divided into different types of recipes for the realisation of a varied and diversified menu: Purees, Veloutés, Creams and vegetable Soups, Mashed vegetables, Mousses, Homogenised meat, Blended one-course meals, Protein enriched blended dishes, Fruit mousses.
