Blended pasta
io sano® blended pasta was designed with the aim of offering a perfectly homogenous food which is also sensory and organoleptically appealing. Very often the traditional preparation of blended pasta gives an unpleasant result: a sticky product lacking in aroma and taste.
To avoid this problem io sano® has created recipes characterised by intense flavours and by a homogenous and natural texture.
